Cancellation Guidelines
- Free Cancellation
- Available with 96 hours (4 days) notice before your scheduled appointment
- No charges will be applied
- Can be done via phone, WhatsApp, or email
- Rescheduling
- Requires 48 hours notice before your scheduled appointment
- Subject to availability
- One-time free rescheduling per booking
- Late Cancellation
- Cancellations with less than 96 hours notice incur a 40% fee of the service charge
- Applied to protect our cleaning team’s scheduled time
Additional Service Policies
- Booking Confirmation
- All bookings require confirmation via email or WhatsApp
- Please ensure all property access details are provided at least 24 hours before service
- Service Guarantee
- We stand behind the quality of our work
- If you’re not satisfied, report within 24 hours for a free touch-up
- Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required to secure booking
- Balance due upon service completion
- We accept mobile money, bank transfers, and cash
- Property Access
- Please ensure our team has clear access to all areas requiring service
- Inform us in advance of any access codes or special instructions
- Additional charges may apply if our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time
- Safety & Security
- Our team is fully insured
- All staff undergo background checks
- We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your property
